As long as it kicks *** performance wise, I would get one. Its puzzling how those in this thread that have bugeyes
and pignose imprezas are insulting this new design. And imagine the mods, there will be some sick 08's if these pics are real.
Now if its slower or handles worse.....that would suck.

I think what happens a lot of times, people get comfortable with the model they own. They want to feel assured they made the right choice in their car - so they say they don't like the newst one. I see it everytime a new mode is introduced. "Pignose, blobeye, bugeye..." I find things i like about all of them. I like the that this one is a hatch. I can't wait to see the official pics.

I dunno man... I still prefer the look of the GC over the GD AAAAAANYDAY... and I have both. *shrug*
^GC's and the 04-05 were Subaru's best. I can't even think about this new hatch and an 04 STi at the same time or I get sick, but when I just look at the hatch, I'm like, eh its a cool Subaru, AND then I think....That **** better handle and outperform the hell out of all the previous STi's in order to win me over, function over forum. These bastards better win WRC and start releasing baller *** versions in the US.

say it again!!! I have 2 of 3 best looking Imprezas the 01 GC8 and 05 STI. on top of that my 05 is CGM the only year that body style with that color....maybe a collectors item one day =)
