are they dropping the prices? i priced out a pignose wrx a bit ago and it was quite a bit more $$$ than my old bugeye. bugeye stickered at around 24k (cost me like 22k), similarly equipped pignose had a sticker of closer to 29k.

yeah its an interesting design. So they are only making them in hatchbacks? What happened to the famous awd sedan. I mean it looks good because after all it is a subaru. But its just a strange move on subarus part. Instead of offering sedan and hatchback and giving you a choice they just bundled it all up in one package.
Im sure it is fast as hell and handles great but the look is strange. Not saying i dont like it but it is a major change from previous years. But car companies have to switch it up to stay a float.

wow, i'm surprised by all the hatred towards this car. I think it's the first good looking impreza since the GC. I think people are so used to seeing the wagon, that the "hatchback look" really throws them off. Moreover, this design more closely aligns it to the legacy, unifying the subaru lineup ever so slightly (only because the tribeca and forester throw it off that unified style so much).
Now if only they can trim the weight.

watch out, dont hit that link in the first post.

Also, I think that Mazda's styling department is still doing pretty good as I like a lot of what they're designing. However, I can't really comment on their future styling.
