Help Wanted: Marin Subaru Parts Dept.
Unfortunately, due to a loss in our department of a delivery driver, we have an opening that has been created. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, a knowledge of the Bay Area, and a willingness to work a job where driving is what you live for.
The benefits are EXCELLENT in my opinion...including full paid medical, dental, vision, a chiropractic benefit, 401k with SOME matching (4%?) after 90 days, parts discounts on all stock Subaru items, hook up on aftermarket items, etc., so if you're interested (and have a CLEAN driving record), please contact Tony Grayson (my boss and a cool guy)@ 415-454-9240 x12.
We are looking for someone who could start within the next couple of days, so hurry before the position is filled.
Tell him you saw the post here. It helps.

An eye for detail?
You need to understand the difference in part numbers, you need to understand how to catalog parts in numeric order, including revision numbers. For example, there really IS a difference in:
22461AA000
22461AA00A
Both are Oxygen sensors, but go to different vehicles. Our computer system showed that we had one of the top numbers, but only one of the bottom numbers. We wound up having two of the bottom number because someone grabbed the top numbered part, and delivered it to a customer (by mistake). Because of this, I had to drive to downtown Oakland to pick up the last one remaining in the bay area. It's backordered from the warehouse, and the mechanic was relying on it to finish a job due out today.
