I took apart the lights on my 04 2 weeks ago. There are posts in nasioc.com and i-club.com with step by step instructions with pictures on how to take them apart. Sorry I do not know the link anymore but they are easy to find. I did not take the low beams or the wiring off when i baked them and they work great so you dont need to take all the stuff out. Make sure you buy some windshield sealer at your local autozone just in case you need extra around the seal so it doesnt fog. Another note is when you take the parking light lense watch out becuase if you take them off too hard, the chrome piece will snap. If you are wanting to replace the parking light with a new one ( I used some Polarg extreme white ones) be sure to do this now because you need to replace them while the light is out of the housing. Unscrewing it over and over is a *****.
You will also need to replace your turn signal light because when you take the lense out they are clear. I ordered some Polarge 7440's that are amber and now the lights look true JDM spec. DOnt plan on finding amber 7440's at your local shop, they are very rare. Good luck man. Hit me back if you need any help.

Hey thanks for the feedback. I tried taking it apart but after i took the 3 screws off there seems to be a clip or something holding it back. I tried lookin for the clip that scoobymod mentioned but couldnt find it. Any hints on where it is??

Yeah, the clip can be seen behind the housing (engine side). If you are looking at the right light (drivers side) it is on the left side of the light. You cant really get to in to unclip it. make sure you release tsome of the plastic pieces that hold the bumper on. after the three screws are released like you said, wiggle the right side of the light to release the pegs (Im still talking about the drivers side light) After you wiggle it a bit, tug on it and the light should pop out. You need to do this carefully but keep at it and it will come loose with some force. If your still having trouble e-mail me at Cyrus923@aol.com and either give me your number or I can give you mine. Talking is much easier then trying to explain it in writing.haha. Anyways good luck man
