Hwy 5 northbound will take you to Sacramento International Airport. Once you get into Sac, continue north on 5 and there will be signs when you've travelled a few miles out of the city limits. It's clearly marked.

Once at the airport, pay the usual attention to the signs as the airlines are assigned to different terminals (just like every other airport). Parking is a lot better than SFO, too - no weirdo ramps and detours and convoluted mess to park near your destination terminal.

Time-wise, I think you are okay.
