Just let it hit ... my Perrin was hitting my Whiteline endlinks on the driver side too. But now that it tore a small chunk out of the endlink, it created its own clearance and doesn't hit anymore Its very small, I feel it won't matter structurally.

Measure the new bar and compare that length to your stock bar. End to end the measurements should be within 1-2" of each other. Anymore than 1-2" difference will start giving you problems with endlink clearance.
Hope this helps.

Drove Highway 9 on the middle setting to test it out and it's awesome, even on this setting.

Yeah, that's the problem.

Haha. I'd rather not do that but might if there is no other solution.

That picture does make it look like there's a spacer on the wheel side of the link but not on the bar side of the link. With my Karboy's it has a spacer on both, and since the sway bar is supposed to twist then it will rub unless there is a type of spacer.

One time my Karboy one actually snapped off and I e-mailed them about it and they sent me another spacer for $5 to cover shipping and processing. Has anyone ever e-mailed Perrin about this problem?

Nope... there is the same spacer on the other side.

Use grapite spray, it fixed my problem - eventually the paint wears away and the problem then is gone.
