Agreed, 595s run narrower, probably the same as NS II. Any tires can have de-beading issue, depending on size, model and how much you stretch them of course. 245/35 will only give you slightly stretch. If you plan to slam your rex, then you may wanna go 225/40, that will still give you the balance of stretch, safety and look on the 10", not to mention 225/40 has more cushion on the sidewall than 245/35 if you worry about popping. Federal 595-evo in that 225/35/18 size seems about perfect. should be some decent grip as well
