Having Problems Getting It In ...

[B][COLOR="DarkOrange"]I have no problems getting it into 5th AT ALL when under 120mph... but from 120-130mph in 4th.... I CAN'T GET IT INTO 5th!!!!! My old RS had a problem getting into 5th at high rpms also.... but it was older and I don't know if it was inherent in the design of the tranny....
So, is it me or possibly the car??? I haven't been up at those speeds and rpms in 4th to get to try too many variations.... the only thing I can think of is shifting at around 5k instead of pulling 4th to 6200 rpms... ANY advice would be appreciated

Alternatively I know a few Subie owners compete in Open Road Races where you are driving at these sort of speeds for 50 to 90 miles.
