Yeah I read that and instantly disregarded the article.
But GST deserves to be on there. No shop is doing as much with what they have on hand as they are. Mike is one of the best tuners in the game, period.
I'd personally like to see LIC on there but they're not really a "tuner" shop meaning no dyno. But as far as shops go, they're as good as it gets.
Hell, we have several shops in the area with dyno's doing great work.

^^well said. This is more of a subjective popularity contest than anything else. GST and Buschur have done TONS to advance the Subie and Evo platforms, but they are not giants like Cobb and others listed as far as advertising $$$ goes.

That. Who were the target voters and was it internationally voted on?
Pass out more Becks when out and about, it'll stack the odds in your favor man.
Boost Logic and Titan I can see having been in the Toyota crowd and they have a bigger market share, thus a bigger market presence than anything Subaru. Look at overall annual sales #'s and there are your stacked votes.
