Well I got up extra early before the polls opened and got to the Polling spot right at 7 so I could get to work Semi-On time and guess what????

They had 2 voting machines TOTAL, There were about 50 people in front of me and......








One of them was broken.....

Holy crap I was there for an hour and a half!

Oh well at least I got it over with...

 

Here in the peoples republic of Berkeley, we had some neighborhood lady pushing pamphlets outside the door (which I thought was illegal on election day) and we had 2 registration lists for our precinct, an A list and a B list, the A list had most everyone who showed up to vote, while for half an hour the B list seemed to have nobody coming in.

And then to face a Diebold accuvote machine, I really wish I'd grabbed an absentee ballot, I have absolutely zero confidence that these systems are secure from hacking.

its going to be an interesting couple of days ahead I think....

 

Voted several days ago! Go early voting in texas!

 

Absentee is the way to go.
