GRE prep recommendations
about to start looking into grad school apps. you guys have any insights on gre prep/ study? ie. kaplan vs princeton review, or which publishers make good review books?

I didn't study at all and got into stanford.
I don't know which course is better...personally I benefit more from reading books and working on my own rather than listening to some instructor blather on and on.
I did use review materials for the Subject test (Biochem/Mol.Biology)...I can't for the life of me remember which books I used. But I did get 98th percentile on that

I just took the GRE in December
The best thing to do is pick up the Princeton Review Book that comes with a CD of Practice tests. Also, when you register for the GRE, they'll send you a practice CD.
Read the book and take the practice tests, you'll do fine
