id this intake plz!

who makes this intake? n do u think its effective? sorry bout tha blurryness. i had to take a pic from a magazine. n i dont kno how to post pics.

im pretty sure tha intake filter is from apex. but u think tha intake arm n snorkel next to ic could possibly be a custom? or could u buy it?

the way the snorkel breaths out of the hood scoop is kinda cool, but the sharp angle just after the air filter doesn't look good for flow
