leaking trans oil plz help??

i have a Q? it is not about subaru or WRX, well i have WRX and also have a t-bird, my problem is :

My t-brid transmission is leaking and it looks like it is leaking from the transmission oil pan. I replaced a new gasket and filter but it still leaking and today i tried to put some RTV silicone gasketmaker between the gasket and the oil pan but it stills leaking. As soon as i fill the oil it just leak from the under i also checked the oil pan it kind of bent or not even on the seal area but it just a litte (i don't know iis it suppose to be). Should i replace a new oil pan ( $25+$gasket) or take it to the shop for $200-$350

plz help!!!
