And Another Thing Is My Factory Tint Is 35% In The Front Which I Can Remember That It's The Legal Limit In California Because Thats What The Dealer Ship Told Me 3 To 4 Years Ago Dang I Hella Forgot What The Back Windows Tint Percent Was But Yeah I'm Getting Played Here In Sf Where My Girlfriend Stays.....

In California, you are not allowed to tint your front windows at all. You should go back to Carlsen and tell them to take it off and refund you. And sorry for the cop being an A$$ to u

Its hard to sympathize when you type with caps lock. And bad grammar, but I got pulled over for front tints too, so I understand how you're feeling.

Your front windows can be tinted as long as they have a VLT rating of 70 or above.
That being said... 35% is technically illegal but the cops usually have to either be dicks or writing you up on something else to tag you for it. 35% is not that dark.
Check your facts next time.

Caps make my head hurt. But the limit for front tint in California is 78%, that is basically clear. So if you have tint on the front and you get pulled over a ticketed for it, you have no right to complain. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
