I was in a friends car... and the ***** was riding in the bike lane, to your right, and behind you, and then smashed into you when u turned right. I ****ing hate bicycle riders in berkeley! **** them

Before the news about the shootings recently the biggest stories coming out of OPD were about the big crackdowns on street racers...So in 2007, when I wrote that I honestly believed what I was saying...
And hey...If a teenager in Oakland, not more than 14yrs old, can get his hand on a handgun, and goes around trying and rob someone and ends up shooting them, and then the victim is able to find out later, the name of the shooter and his partner and roughly where they hang out, relay that info to an investigator and the reply I get is "well if you can get a last name then we'll serve a warrant" and nothing gets done, Im sure you'd be somewhat bitter as well.

Speaking of shootings, one night, a bunch of ____ people started getting hyphy, then a guy (i think trying to jack a car) pulled out a gun and shot two brothers dead (from what i read)... point blank...

They def need to get a handle on this gang/gun bull****.

It is NOT the street racing, but it IS the street racing. By that i mean with street races you get always eventually get a big crowd. With big crowds come uninvited guest. and those are usually the dumbasses IMO. And then **** goes down...

Yeah thats terrible, do you think you would have been shot had you just let them take your wallet and keys? not being a dick, but id give that **** up if I was out numbered without a problem and try to go after them or do something else. Seems like you took a huge risk.


That being said my moms friends kid got of bus in pinole after being in the service, got robbed gave his stuff up without any argument even. They told him he was free to go and to get the **** outta there, let him turn around and start walking off then shot him in the back a few times.

Guess it depends on if you think they will shoot you or not even if you give it up.
