just called them... this is what they do...

you drop your hdd off
they 'lock them up' in the storage
send them over to their warehouse in Reed st (not open to public)
shred them within 24hrs of drop off
they will record the hdd serial number, info, etc
email/fax you a certificate of destruction of hdd when completed

i might consider it...

 

looks like the shredder is at a different location...
