Fmic Problem!!! Help Please!!

ok so.. i bought an injen fmic from 04perrinwrx. i started to install the fmic late last night at about 1am and went to sleep on an unfinished project at 7 and woke up at 12 to finish it up. so when i took it for a test drive, the car would be ok in neutral and rev up but in first,2nd n so forth, it would not go over 2000rpm and when it would hit around 2500rpm the car would just bogg out and die. after it bogged out about 5 times, my battery was drained. so i figured since i needed a new battery, ill just go buy a orbital/optima. i havent installed the battery yet but wanted to get other peoples opinion on this.

the only things i had removed when i did do the install was the bumper, foglight connecters, coolent hoses on the tmic, t-clamps off the turbo-ypipe, coolent resivor, and the right side harness bar for the tmic. after i installed it everything was running fine.

the following engine mods that i have are:
hks bov
injen fmic
injen CAI
COBB stage 2 map with the cobb ap
catback exhaust

i dont want to waste 180 for a battery and to find out that isnt the problem

SO!!! please any help is appreciated!!!

make sure all the connections for the piping on the fmic are connected and secure, thats likely the issue.

Hey bro you shouldnt be running that CAI with the stage 2 cobb map. Its only made for TBE, Uppipe, and I think a high flow filter.

Your car is probably hating you right now with that FMIC and CAI.

wait wait wait...why would you ever have a fmic with a stock turbo too! Take that off unless you want a car that sucks to drive.
