Unhappy first rain...crashed in to the curb...

yea, like the title said, today was the first rain in the bay area.

the road was slippery, i was getting off the freeway, and the first stop light making a left turn, the light was green, i was going around 25MPH, and turned left, my car just started to understeer....and just looking at the curb coming closer and closer to me. then bang! hit my front wheel and part of my bumper, not very bad, but bad enough you can see it. ill try to post some pictures later...becareful driving out there guys.

not that it's relevant, i blamed my stock tires for screeching around a corner once to a cop, i went on a whole informative lesson on how re92's have poor traction and all... end of it all, she let me go.. haha

I have to say, as funny as the above picture is, I have never had worse tires than RE-92s... My car (stock 06 TR) has them and OMG, talk about NO traction! Can't even take a corner in the wet without getting sideways (fortunate for me I know how to control the car due to track days and such).

Carefull when you have those crappy *** tires.

Next mod, as much as I want suspension, will be tires. Tires are like your skin... Most important part of your car (well, one of them). Make sure you get good ones. And so you know, which most n00bs don't, most summer tires are GREAT in the rain, like S03s, etc.
