The Machine is not winning this without a struggle!!!!!

Its called trail de novo, you get a chance to go back into a court and argue. so still do trial by declaration.

Fight it, just got my modified exhaust ticket dismissed when the officer put down it was non correctable, went from a 170 dollar ticket to 25 dollars

Okay, I'm about ready to go down to the court and request the forms for the trial by declaration. One thing though, on the ticket under comments it reads "R.W.M.". What does this mean? "Rain.Wet.Moist?"

It wasn't raining, sprinkling at best.

Also there's talk of getting the most recent traffic survey, how do I go about getting this?
