remember, you need to balance your calorie intake vs calorie loss...

if all your doing is sitting all day in front a computer while eating salads, that wont really do it.

a good aerobic program of raising your heartrate to the 60-80% of your max, for 20-30 minutes a day, for 3-4 days a week; is a good way to lose weight.

a quick and dirty way to check your max HR is take 220 and substract your age. then multiply that by .6 and by .8.

that is your target zone.

a cheap HR monitor from like performance bicycles can be had for like $25-35 and it will be a good training aid...
I'm already working out (doing navy circuits) but I stop the carbs like rice n noodles after 5-6pm, so that leaves me with chicken and salad. I eat a lot of stuff during the morning/afternoons =P. Just wanted a suggestion on what I could put with my salad cuz that's wut I eat after 7.

If I can't have ranch I won't have a salad...get some low fat ranch. It still has some of the fat but at least its allot less, and it deffinately has all the taste.

That creamy pesto that they serve over at Old Spaghetti Factory is pretty dope.

Give it a try its really really good.
Awesome! I just made a bowl tonight, I could use less than 2 tablespoons all together and I mixed it about 50% each. Sprinkled some salt and pepper. Great stuff! Can't wait to try what everyone else is talkin about!
