Question Favorite Salad Dressing? (Not Ranch)

I'm not the biggest herbivore, but I'm eating salads at night to cut down on the carbs to lose weight. What is your favorite salad dressing other than ranch? (not using ranch just cuz it's plain too fattening)

Balsamic vinegarette, or a fruity vinegerette works too...

You need to put pepper, too! Pepper is good.

Now I want a salad really bad. Put some pepperoncinis and artichoke hearts in there and NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM!!

I'm all about buying stuff on sale, so I buy what's on sale at Safeway, usually. The ones that I've tried and liked are (in no particular order): Annie's, Brianna's (strawberry is awesome with fresh strawberries, some smoked gouda), and Newman's.

I've never tried Girard's, but looks fancy. Will have to give it a try next time I see it on sale.

And we've made our own a few times, but that takes tons of olive oil and other toppings.
This is the GF's favorite site to borrow recipes from...and we've made this a few times. http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...ver_ever_ever/

I'm not too worried about using too much. If anything it's maybe a tablespoon or two, I try to keep it light, plus I have chicken in it, which kinda coats the rest. It's the plain salad that gets extremely boring that I'm lookin' to dress up.

Heres onefor you. My father in law has cancer so he is on this funky diet but i tried it and liked it alot.

Soy sauce and lemon juice add salt and crused black pepper and if you want to kick that up you can add garlic.

Give it a try its really really good.

Now this **** sounds crazy! lol I gotta try this one, since we got soy sauce all over the house =D

How much lemon do you use? A whole lemon? Half a lemon? And how much in comparison to Soy sauce do you put? The most I ever use in salad dressing is 2 tablespoons, but probably not even that.
