How much lemon do you use? A whole lemon? Half a lemon? And how much in comparison to Soy sauce do you put? The most I ever use in salad dressing is 2 tablespoons, but probably not even that.
well the carbs and fat and calories is next to none use the light soy if you want. I would say 2 tablespoons of the soy i enough. I just kinda do it till think its enough. half a lemon probably too much bu you can do two salads with it. I only prepare a personlasized bowl a a time. lie just barely coat the top of the salad with the soy once aroud the bowl in a pour is enough.

I know it sounds crazy but my family really likes this. The diet he is on is macrobiotic s its supposed to be really good for you.

Sorry a little unorganized but im trying to answer all questons. I would say equal parts soy and lemon juice.

I love creamy miso dressing so much at random Japanese restaurants that I just buy a bottle whenever I see it. I'm not much of a salad guy, so this makes eating salad a lot easier for me.

My sister loves this stuff. You can pick it up at your local Japanese or Korean market.

I usually slice up some steak and fry that up. Put the steak and the pan dripping on the salad. It's delicious and no need for other dressing. It makes salad so much more bearable.

My buddy makes a salad with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Through some fresh pepper on there and you're set, simple and easy. Something about the cilantro and lemon flavors it enought that I've never wanted dressing on it.

Yep - oil, red vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic is what usually happens for me, simple and great. I use "Ala'e salt" and grind the black pepper, and don't always use garlic but when I do it's from a clove.

Now, this might sound like I am on the softer side of sears, but this stuff is really good too: Annie's Goddess Dressing

you might doing it the wrong way...

remember, you need to balance your calorie intake vs calorie loss...

if all your doing is sitting all day in front a computer while eating salads, that wont really do it.

a good aerobic program of raising your heartrate to the 60-80% of your max, for 20-30 minutes a day, for 3-4 days a week; is a good way to lose weight.

a quick and dirty way to check your max HR is take 220 and substract your age. then multiply that by .6 and by .8.

that is your target zone.

a cheap HR monitor from like performance bicycles can be had for like $25-35 and it will be a good training aid...
