Here's a really simple setup on one of our nice built engines! This is an 05 STI with:
- EQ Tuning Stage 1 Shortblock (CP Pistons, ACL Bearings, Forged STI Rods, Balanced/Polished Forged STI Crank, Balanced & Blueprinted to our strict specs)
- EQ Tuning Stage 2 Heads (5 Angle Valve-Job, Bowl Blend, Stock Cams)
- Invidia Catless DP
- Greddy 3" Catback
- GT Spec UEL Headers
- Hallman MBC
- Walbro Fuel Pump
- RPS Max Series Street Clutch
- Stock VF39, Stock Inlet, Stock Intake Box, etc
- EQ Tuning Custom Tune using Cobb AP V2
This car performed extremely well for the simple setup. It took tons of timing with no hint of knock and made ridiculous torque for the fuel and boost levels. This is the first time we ran one of our built blocks and heads on a stock turbo, and its really nice to see the head work doing its job. This is one of the smoothest driving STI's I've ever tuned!
Here is the chart on 91 Octane at 19psi peak and 80F ambient temps:

Thanks

runs like a CHAMP! got a chance to chase the pace cars on a hot lap this weekend at laguna. the rx8 had nothing for me. was great seeing the driver get out of the car and give you the "not too shabby" look.
the dom 2.5 is smaller than the 3071. the dom is about the size of a disco potatoe. pretty small turbo. the car could definately use a turbo upgrade. IF I did keep it, i would upgrade to a 30 down the road.
