Tuning is tuning when it comes down to it. Any good tuner with a dyno should be able to tune any car. When it comes down to it, they are just timing tables and closed loop A/F ratio charts. It's an NA car so it's way easier to tune than say a WRX
I don't know of anyone that's cracked the FRS ECM just yet

The BRZ is not turbo. There is no chance of detonation from hellaflush intake or noisemaker due to running lean unless you fill up with water instead of gas.
Save your money and spend it on Autox lessons because G-ride (or whatever his real name is) took me out in his stock BRZ and made me grin just with skills ( but he practices pretty much every weekend on closed courses and I don't grin much)
A stock BRZ tune is fine but a stock driver is **** is the point I'm making so don't waste money on a pointless tune no matter what the inter webs says until 2 one hundreds of a second is costing you a win

Supposedly though, there's an issue with the stock tune. Something about misfire/detonation when shifting in the higher gears in the upper rpm range. However, I haven't seen that brought up in a while.
