I still want to plan this even if people think there might be to many bikes/motorcycles. Any other thoughts about dates/times. Does June 3rd work for people?

Nope, it is very limited in terms of level ground, (like almost none at all) it's nestled in the canyon with trails (none really subie worthy) going up into the mountains around it.
