lol you didn't hear? It blew while Christian was driving it Last session of the day at Thunderhill about 3 weeks ago.

GT35 STI - stock motor is back in the car right now, just got it running last week. Going to start building the 2.5 block up soon.

MILE 125.7

my 1st mod. wheels... shocking huh/!

its not an ideal setup right now... definatley need some lowering... but i really couldn't wait to get these on... though the stock wheel/tire setup is pretty sticky.

before...

after...

these tires...

until the next mod...

spun a rod bearing im pretty sure. didnt change the oil before the track day and after 4 30 minute sessions i think i burned some up. 2nd to last session i saw oil pressure dropping in turns slightly but i continued to finish the track day instead of calling it quits. let christian drive the car since he wanted to show me some lines and stuff, 3rd or so lap out we went into a turn at about 110mph and in the middle of the turn i guess the oil all went to one side of the motor and it just lost oil pressure. put the stock motor back in last weekend so i can drive the car around.

going to do a usdm 2.5 and use the JDM sti heads on it since they are in great shape still.
