I prefer LauncherPro.

 

Error I get is directly after the following,
[*] adb connection will be reset. restart adb server on desktop and re-login.

The error is,

could not Kill pid 7820: No such process

 

Does it say you are rooted at the end or failed? Or nothing. If it says you are rooted, you are all ready to go.

 

Nothing just dies and hangs like that until I kill it.
