If they both lower the same amount and the SPT's are stiffer can they still go on stock struts? The guy I might buy SPT's from is selling for $150+shipping, cheapest I've seen Eibach Pro Kit is like $239 shipped from Gruppe-S.

I could be wron, but wouldn't it be the stiffer the better in terms of "blowing out" your struts? Since they are stiff, they won't compress as much, but the softer eibachs will compress more and "bottom out" more.

It seems logic reverses that theory. However, be my guest and prove me wrong.

Werd. There's no place in the BAIC for technical car talk. It's all about Lindsay Lohan pictures and word association!

I would get the SPT springs over the Eibach. Stiffer springs in the long run will match up better w/ the AGXs that you're planning on buying in the future. My cousin's car has SPT springs w/ stock struts for over 12K now and no problems so far. This is in a WRX, a heavier car so SPT springs working w/ stock struts would not be a problem.

Thanks Soren, I guess I'll be going with the SPT's then.
