body kit - difference between molding and slappin it on?

wats the difference between the 2? molding the body kit on and just slapping it on?? i got into and accident and i was low on cash.. soooooo =( i did a very ****ty job on puttin on my body kit. I PAYED some mexicans to do it. it looks fine, but if you really look at it.. there are some unproffesionalism.. but yeah didnt have a big bank account to go all crazy. soo i was just wondering wat the difference between the 2 was- as for now my kit is screwd on -=( and some of the stuff dont fit properly. how much does it usually cost? and if i wanted to do it still would it still be possible?

Molding on a body kit is removeing the lines between the kit and the bumpers.
How to do so?
Put on kit. Fiberglass or bondo kit so that it looks like your bumper is a 1 piece kit, not a bumper + lip.

Bolt on body kit is basicly screwing it on... you can see the gap between bumper and kit.

Another great example is think your car as a toy... make a subaru out of claydoh and one out of lego's.. thats the difference.

claydoh = molding
legos = attaching the kit on.

if you want to fill in the gaps or maybe you wanna re attach it but not mold it go to a body shop or an auto parts store & ask what would be good to fill in the gaps
