Difference between SPT springs and Eibach pro kit??

I'm thinking about buying a set of SPT springs off somebody, but I know they are manufactured by Eibach, (the blue springs). Just wondering are these springs any different than the ones in Eibach pro kit? and can the SPT's go on stock struts?? (I'll be getting KYB's eventually). FYI these springs will be going on MY99 RS coupe if I buy them. Any input will help, thanx.

I had the Eibach pro on my '02 which has lasted beautifully from 8/01 to present!!
I sold it privately due to my STi purchase, but from the response I got from the buyer, he isn't changing a thing. Extremely durable to withstand the punishment of the streets of LA, and autoX with 18" Limix Linea BE5 RSK's. I never had to upgrade the struts although it was recommended. The drop is PERFECT, a bit better than its competitors SPT , H&R's, etc.

Lets see, I'm 20... and I don't want the car slammed but just lowerd pretty good so it will look okay till I can get KYB's (not sure when that will be). SPT springs are supposed to lower the GC8 1'' front and 1.2'' rear.... I'm not sure what it is though for Eibach Pro..??
