diablo or livermore (clutch shudder fix)

anyone with a recommendation on a "clutch shudder" fix location? i'm located right between diablo (walnut creek) and livermore subaru and am hoping for input on these nearby dealers to deal with this warranty service. i've read many threads but couldn't find anyone with a good (or any) experience at either dealer re: this problem or other maintenance services. i'm hoping to find someone who had an easy time getting this problem taken care of (no runarounds) with good results and customer service. i know, it's a lot to ask for...

thanks

livermore SUCKS.

Walnut Creek treated me well last time, even provided me with a rental car...and it was only a 1.5 hour job.

Livermore was happy to fix mine...
But they used the wrong parts and it came right back.
If I take it back I'm going to tape the TSB to the windshield, with the part numbers highlighted....

i've gone to both, and had nothing but trouble from both. i'd recommend just going wherever can fit you in first or is closest to you. good luck.

thanks for the info. decided to call diablo and made an appt for both the cruise control, clutch and squeaky drivers window. but they want me to leave the car overnight so they can re-create the shudder. with my luck they won't be able to. what a pain...

i don't think luck has anything to do with it. if they don't 'want' to recreate it... they never will. damn the man.
