i guess what happened was Rusty from SC dealership had just serviced it and was test driving it afterwards and he came around a corner too hot and the traffic was stopped so "had no choice but to rear end a dodge dualy and then went off to the side and hit a telephone pole." Craig wasnt in the car.

that really really sucks.
Most insurances won't cover someone else driving your car. SC Subaru doesn't have to cover it if he was off the clock...that really sucks. What a bummer.

if he has full coverage the car will be covered.
most insurance companies will lower the limits to 15/30 if its not the person on the policy that was not driving
