that really really sucks.

Most insurances won't cover someone else driving your car. SC Subaru doesn't have to cover it if he was off the clock...that really sucks. What a bummer.

Hey Craig....I am from Santa Cruz...live in Fremont.....you ever need a ride someplace or need anything you let me know. I am going back and forth a couple times a week.

if he has full coverage the car will be covered.

most insurance companies will lower the limits to 15/30 if its not the person on the policy that was not driving

full coverage is called full coverage for a reason :P
