Wow, that doesn't look like much fun! In the thought of keeping a part of the car on the road I'd like to offer to give the wingless trunk a warm garaged home on my subie.

i guess what happened was Rusty from SC dealership had just serviced it and was test driving it afterwards and he came around a corner too hot and the traffic was stopped so "had no choice but to rear end a dodge dualy and then went off to the side and hit a telephone pole." Craig wasnt in the car.

Rusty was doing Craig a favor by servicing his car. Rusty was not on the clock when he took Craig's car out for a drive. The car was borrowed with Craig's consent.

that really really sucks.

Most insurances won't cover someone else driving your car. SC Subaru doesn't have to cover it if he was off the clock...that really sucks. What a bummer.

Hey Craig....I am from Santa Cruz...live in Fremont.....you ever need a ride someplace or need anything you let me know. I am going back and forth a couple times a week.

if he has full coverage the car will be covered.

most insurance companies will lower the limits to 15/30 if its not the person on the policy that was not driving

full coverage is called full coverage for a reason :P
