lol i get that from the front other side of the road. lately ive been getting blinded by people with super bright halogens -.-

Has someone been cited or warned by the police for this? I think there is some hi-tech machine needed to determine the beam angle of headlights, meaning not something that a cop can write you a ticket for on the spot. Just like a referee ticket, the cop knows there is illegal equipment and to verify that he is sending the vehicle to the referee. I think I saw something years ago about that and headlights.
