Please, please, please, start ticketing folks with illegal HID kits in halogen housings. Please? I swear it feels like every 1 in 10 cars on the road is driving behind me with his f'in brights on.

Well there are a few cars out there now that do come in the same housings in other country's with HIDs. aka the new Impreza.
