Have you ever used an Arco ATM, where the money wasn't issued by the machine, but the amount was still debited from your bank account?

This happened to me, and I received a receipt claiming no funds were distributed by the machine.

I filed a claim with my bank, which then refunded me the amount.

After several months, the refund was reversed, and now I no longer know where that receipt is.

Now, my bank is telling me that I have to take it up with Arco directly.

WTF

Another reason not to use those mini-ATM's.

I use cash always at gas stations, no matter which one it is

 

I hate Arco. $.45 to use my ATM to pay for gas.....umm, huh? I have to pay you so I can pay you? BS. The cash discount usually isn't that great, especially when mpst credit cards give you a few percent back now anyway.

 

The money I used to count for a bank from Arch was sux0rz.

 

This is proof that ARCO sucks. Not only is their gas ****ty, but that .45c fee to use your debit card is straight whack.
