anyone know anything about this car? Im planning on buying a wrx soon. It's mileage and condition isn't the best, but its at a great price.
What do you guys think? Btw, where "Potrero Hill"?

It's where I live, have the dent days and work... I love it here! Best weather in S.F., plenty of parking, wide streets...
you should check this one out too... http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/car/184428717.html
there was also a white wagon here in Potrero Hill but I can't find it now...

I bought my 2.5RS from a guy who lived in the decent part of Potrero Hill off CL. He was nice enough to drive the car TO our house to complete the sale.

Where exactly is Potrero Hill? I volunteer at SF General Hospital and it is on Potrero Ave., but I don't know where the hill part comes from. P.S. I saw at least 2 GC 2.5RS's today. Both the dark blue color, near Potrero Ave.

Potrero Hill is across 101 from you. The best way to get there is to go down 16th, when you get to De Haro you can make a right... that entire area is Potrero Hill. The bad section is the South/South East portion where the projects are. If you stay out of there it's really nice.
It's like most of the rest of the city. Mostly good with a bad area mixed in...

$9900 White 2002 WRX Wagon ~73,xxx miles
only problem is the salvaged title from some damage to the passenger side.
no frame damage, airbags did not deploy.
what do you guys think? would you buy it if you were in my position?

I don't personally feel that the WRX above is a good price though. Salvage title cars can be good, and they can be BAD. Either way they are much harder to sell and you cannot finance them (unless you get an unsecured loan). I personally feel it should be less than $1290 cheaper than kbb value.
