Oh hells yea!

BTW - not all cheap cars are salvage. My '95 AWD L coupe was $998 ($1000 and found $2 under the seat when I got home...) and it was great w/ 130k miles. Was very dirty, but otherwise fine.

Oh yeah, duh - that was MY craigslist Impreza. Haha.. My RS I got off i-club classifieds and WRX I bought new.

I constantly have an eye on those too. I still miss my 2000 OBS... it was ultra-reliable transportation that would go anywhere. I think it had better ground clearance than my Forester!
185k and a clear title.

I dont know why he was selling cheap. It runs like a champ and now has a v3 hood. I love it. It is super dirty, but cheap.

Me too except for two things: it's an automatic, and it's for sale by that same person in that area who has tons of salvage title Suby's for sale at any given time. I am assuming these are salvage auction cars he feels he can slap together enough to make a profit on... Find a coupe, OBS, Legacy or whatever in that area and chances are it's someone named Chris selling it...

Okay so it's not an Impreza, but it IS after all one of the coolest cars in the Bay Area. I mean like... WOW.

I picked that one up to drive for awhile. It runs good! It could use some different wheels though... I think some WRX rims will be good.

Now I need to get the parts to swap the front bumper to a 99-01 RS

Not Craigslist, but just saw this on Ebay. Looks really clean, and it's in the city.
