I had one hit the bed of my truck with his night stick to get my attention once. Scared the crap out of me.
Damn cops, I got pulled over last night in my dad's Silverado at 1am cuz some dumb *** mustang was hauling *** in a residential and i pulled out with like 400' to spare... he was going about 40mph and got on my ***. then the cop follows me to my girls house, where i park and she gets out to go inside, then flashes the lights and screams GET BACK IN THE CAR NOW! Then harassed me for 10 minutes and sped off going 50mph atleast in the residential...

I'm so paranoid about cops that before I posted this I checked to see if you could find my name off this site. I grew up with a bunch of guys who were buddies and became cops. One of them was a dirt bike buddy who became a motorcycle cop. He turned into the most arrogant dick-I still ride his *** when I see him but you can see it just drives him nuts. The other cops I know really dislike the motorcycle cops. But even one of my best friends (a retired cop and motorcycle fanatic) did some really ****ty stuff to guys on bikes in his young years.I don't know what it is,but my father, who was a doctor, worked for some police depts when I was very young, one day I rode home with him from a visit to a jail (he was attending to somebody there) and he said "you know there's about this much difference between the mentality of a cop and a crook, he held his thumb and forefinger about an eight of an inch apart.I didn't understand it till I was much older.

driving cross country from Florida to Cali i had to take a dump so bad in Arizona I was going about 100-110. There was no traffic, but one other car. I blew by him, took the exit at about 70 and barely made it into the bathroom. As I ran into the gas station the cop comes hauling *** up behind me and waited about 20 minutes for me to come out. He looked at me covered in sweat, looked at the car, back at me, and said glad you made it, dont to that again.
If I hadnt just taken a dump I would have crapped my pants from that one.

Random bit of information -
If an officer becomes unruly with you, or seems to be "abusing his power" - YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR HIS SUPERIOR.
In any situation when you get pulled over, legally you are entitled to not say a damn thing to the officer. He can question you all he likes, but you have the right to say nothing. This does not mean you do not have to obey what he says.
I just usually act respectful, but I've had a few harrassment issues (ie. cops harrassing me) where i've asked for the superior on duty. Usually this is a good indicator to the cop that he's overstepping some bounderies. But remember - If you are in the wrong and ask for the superior, you'll find yourself .... just as screwed.
my 3 cents.
