LIC or GST can do a better job at describing the details but just from looking at the compression numbers something is VERY wrong.
you should see around 150-160psi on compression for the 2.0L WRX. The 2.5L motors with a drive-by-wire throttle body give a bit lower psi on compression I believe due to the throttle butter-fly valve not opening.
I would guess that you at least need a new motor but again, LIC or GST can answer that better than I can.
