'00 EJ25 uneven compression results

How bad is it for the uneven numbers

Service manual says max 7psi difference, is this a sign of impending head gasket failure?

I think you are running ok compression... but it looks like at least 1 cylinder is on it's way to pooping out

Could be fried rings or bad valves as well.
