They are actually all over 680 and 580. Drove from Tracy to Walnut Creek and back and saw 5 bike cops and 1 car parked on 680. From what I hear there is a motorcycle rally somewhere in the area and with one of the President of the SF chapter of the Hell's Angels getting shot, I'm sure they are watching extra closely.
