I don't know if I like it. Yeah I do that's a like. I don't like it much at all.
I haven't checked on the scooby snack/avatar status yet or wandered around too much but I can tell you I'm not a big fan so far.
As a graphic designer making things cool to look at is my thing. But it's also my job to make things easy to look at.
This site is not easy to look at. The colors are all way to similar. It makes it really tough on the eyes to focus and it makes it very hard to tell the difference from one thing to the next. It's really hard to navagate. Posting isn't as convenient and neither is reading.
I'll leave it there before I get nasty. But as for now...I'm out. This makes my eyes way to tired.

I do like that the posts that have been made Today are bold. That's a nice little feature. I agree that there's too many graphics and stuff between each post though. It makes for quite a bit of scrolling and also makes it tough to read the actual post. The color scheme is pretty nice though.

Scooby Snacks are not gone or deleted. Alex keeps track of that stuff behind the scenes. He just needs time to re-integrate the old features with the new stuff. IMO, the less *****ing about it, the more likely it'll come back without added restrictions.

disabling the donate snacks option would solve some of those issues.
