In what regard? It's still there but I don't seem to be able to locate the Buddy List display, just the editing of the list. Everything else like PM lists, subscribed threads, and even a link to attached post uploads seems to be there.

EDIT: Okay, Mr. Egan found the Buddy List for me in the Quick Links. It opens it up in a separate window and refreshes every minute or so. Nice.
