Which car is a suitable Impreza replacement?
What car is a suitable replacement for an Impreza, and don't say nothing is a good enough replacement or you're not helping
It has to be RWD and seat four people. dammit i was going to post a vote on this one but the computer froze. i'm interested in an LS1-powered Camaro, Toyota Prius, or a sub-$2000 beater with rear wheel drive like a 240SX. and yes prius is not RWD nor fun to drive.

There aren't many RWD cars in the same price range as the Impreza (WRX). If you want a 4-seat RWD car that is fun to drive and won't break the bank (under 40k), you could go for:
BMW 3 series
Infinity G35 Coupe or Sedan (both seat 4)
Lexus IS300
Mazda RX-8 (although it is debatable whether the rx-8 really seats 4)

Look into the new Acura RL, it's AWD. It's got a $40k sticker price though, I dunno what your budget is. I can't think of anything RWD aside from the usual Lexus GS or an Infinity G35.

put together a sil-eighty and be a piump!
if you drove a mini you'd find out that its the only cool FWD car out there...
G35 coupe w/6sp and brembos = haWt
s13, s14, AE86...
late 60's early 70's BMW 2002: the original sports sedan, can be modded to all hell, seats 4, and no smog check required = unlimited engine mods.

I would suggest a 350Z, or Mini cooper. Most RWD cars are american or italian I thought. I am not a huge fan of american cars, but the new Mustang thats coming out looks effin sweet!!
