I for one did not tell you to sue cus your seat broke that would just have been aftershock of the impact that broke your seat. I was talking about the added safety features.

My parents car the airbags didng go off the anti lock breaks locked up and the seatbelts never locked throwing them through the windshield.. i say in my parents case it was good of them to sue the car maker.

Now on the other hand in my car accident there was 29k damage and i only paid 29k for my car.. they fixed it i sold. I am though in a lawsuit with the drunk driver that hit me cus he has left me with permanant damage til i die and thats just bs.
