I say, try to fight it - you cant make it worst... If you go through with court by declaration and lose, it will take up to 4-5 month before you have to see a judge. And if you lose again, traffic school could be still requested. Remember, there is always that little chance that a cop won't show up for the trial.

A guy who was before me was able to request to attend traffic school right after found guilty, and judge granted it (he was speeding like 75+ in 65mph) - San Mateo Traffic Court

traffic school



I got taged and had to go to traffic school.

I opted for the written booklet. All I had to do was look through the book and find the answers to the test and send it back in.

No 8 hrs of class or the time requirement of the internet or watching stupid videos.

Sometimes old school is better.
