stopwatch seems accurate enough, but of course you have to trust that the cops are honest...though you do anyway
they should take a picture of him with a cop writing a ticket for 205mph in the foreground or something similar to hang on the wall... and let him go

I thot speed traps were legal on freeways and highways, and in school zones? I thought it was anything set by the state, or on any road where they've done a survey and they set the limit at what 80% of the people do?
Thats why whenever I see a cop, or a sign that tells how fast your going, obviously on the side of the road, I go 5-10 mph over the speed limit to try to raise the speed limit
