Speeding tickets are tough, especially if you've really been radared.
I know this sounds wussy, but if you can do traffic school, it might be less painful than taking it to court.
Just my 2 cents

I don't see how it would be hard for radar to work from a moving vehicle

as long as there is something plugged in to account for how fast the cop car is moving..the math can be done by a person very quickly...let alone a computer

navy ships and airplanes have radar and they can get bearing and speed with no problem right?

what's the matter with you guys!?!

Navy ships do have that yes, but they have an inertial navigator to compare where they are on the planet to the contact they've picked up. I doubt that a cop car has that.

the cop car doesn't need a GPS system do measure how long it takes for a radar wave to bounce off your car and come back, determine the speed and then reference that with what the speedomoeter on the cop's car is at. it all happens instantanesouly. Hell, he can do it in his head

Navy Ships. Hahaha you're talkin' military, but then again Cell phones evolved so you're probably right that it would be tough to fight it. From my understanding, and what I have read is that they are usually just sittin' there gunning people, or their new 360 radar speed detection has been put on already. Usually they have to pace you over a half a mile to actually catch you... But Iono man. Good luck.
