That's bull****, plain and simple. You sell something, it should be in the condition it is described. I've won more than one case in small claims court for the same situation (buying items online via various forums/ebay that weren't as described). As far as I'm concerned no-coast is 100% responsible and an ******* for doing that. None of this "well a turbo for $250 blah blah" ****. **** that.

Just cos it's advertised for $250 doesn't mean you can rip somebody off. Anything this no-coast guy sells should be avoided, he sounds like a weasel.
From what I read, the only thing that wasn't as advertised was the wastegate. And it looked like he was sending that....
